Currently, we ship within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship to any locations outside of the Continental United States at this time.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Rebellious Hair & Skincare, LLC would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Regrettably, because of the nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.
WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE?
We recommend using our body butter and body scrubs within 9 months of purchase. Our oils should be used within 12 months after opening.
After that time, you may notice some changes as natural ingredients ages. Some natural colors may fade over time. The scents from pure natural essential oil scents will fade over time.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The processing time for orders is 72 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is approximately 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
